After breaking my arm quite badly about 2 years ago, i was in a cast for 9 weeks. After it was taken off my fingers, wirst and hand were quite stiff. I had physiotherapy but that didnt help much. I still suffer from my this and my hand is very stiff. I cannot straighten my wrist of finger fully at the same time.

i’ve had carpal tunnel for six years now and i’m considering getting the surgury, but its been a long time since i’ve been diagnosed, so i don’t know if it will help, i asked the doctor about it a few years ago but he said i should wait cause i’m young and if i get the surgery now, my cts might come back when i’m older, but i’m not sure should i seek further advice??

I felt it right away too. Thanks for putting so much time into figuring out what stretches help relieve the discomfort immediately. I can see how regularly stretching the hands forearms can make a world of difference, thanks David

I’ve been having severe wrist pain in my left hand for months now and even bought a wrist brace for myself, which alleviated the pain slightly and temporarily, but it always came back. About one second after I’d done a series of these stretches, I was able to move my wrist in a way that is usually incredibly painful and it felt perfectly fine. I’ll definitely continue to use these on a regular basis! Thank you so much for sharing such a helpful and informative video.

Please, can someone help me – what I haven’t grasped is how many times a day we should do these exercises. I’ve learnt only lately that I have CTS in a very advanced stage, so I want to start exercising as soon as possible. Thanks.
